Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia only.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Each charm is prepared for your order before it ships.

 

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10 to 21 business days. Delays can happen during peak seasons or because of the carrier.

 

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

 

Duties and taxes

No duties are charged on orders under A$1,000. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay.

 

Lost or late orders

If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us at hello@smallkeep.com and we will resend it or refund you.

 

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will help where we can.
