This website is operated by Smallkeep. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

 

Products

Our charms are breed-style figures inspired by your dog's breed. They are not custom replicas of your individual dog. Colours and details may vary slightly from the photos on the site. The charm holds a small pinch of fur that you add yourself.

 

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

 

Orders and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full. You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us.

 

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy and returns and refunds by our Refund policy, both of which form part of these terms.

 

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

 

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time of your order.
